With over 15 years of experience in customer service, retail management, administration, scheduling, payroll, process documentation, and corporate training, Samantha brings a practical understanding of what happens behind the scenes of a growing business.

She has trained more than 300 employees across multiple retain locations, developed SOPs and job aids, supported new-store openings, helped implement new systems, managed scheduling and payroll, and coached employees toward stronger performance.

Using her experience Samantha partners with business owners to identify opportunities, create structure, develop people, and improve the systems that keep their businesses moving.
